To be held at our Clubhouse, City Hill Drive, Coffs Harbour

The Coffs Harbour Bridge Club is located at City Hill Drive, Coffs Harbour. [Next to the Bunker Cartoon Gallery 1 minute drive from the centre of Coffs Harbour.]

From Coffs Harbour:

Follow any street sign to AIRPORT. At the large roundabout at Hogbin Drive, take City Hill Drive exit. Coffs Harbour Bridge Club is on the hill on your right, about 100 metres.

From Sawtell:

Take Hogbin Drive (follow signs to AIRPORT). Go past the AIRPORT turn, to the large roundabout. Take the FIRST left exit (City Hill Drive).

Programme: 2020 Coffs Harbour Bridge Club May Teams Congress

Saturday 16th May

  Start session 1 - 10am

  Lunch - approx 1.15pm

  Session 2 - approx 2.00pm

  Finish Saturday approx 5pm

Sunday 17th May

  Session 3 - 9.00am

  Lunch approx 12.15pm

  Session 4 - 1.15pm

  Finish approx 4.15pm followed by Prizegiving & Drinks

Note: One single payment per entry.

Teams.......$360 per team [$90/player ] including Lunch each day

For players who have submitted a valid entry and wish to cancel their entry the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the start of the event will be fully refundable
  • Cancellations received within 7 days prior to the start of the event will incur a 50% penalty unless full fee paying replacements are found.
  • Cancellations received within 3 days prior to the start of the event will incur a 100% penalty unless full fee paying replacements are found.

It is the player's responsibility to find a suitable replacement/substitute although the organiser will make every effort to assist in the process.

A suitable replacement/substitute will only be accepted once approved by the organiser.

Director will set the MP level (N1,N2) on the day for Intermediate and Restricted sections so the prize money is distributed equitably. [based on seeded position and approximate equal numbers playing in each section].

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

    Cards will only be charged when entry is about to be accepted.

Not our preferred method - it is more efficient to process a credit card and accept the entry immediately, rather than try and connect a direct payment back to an entry.

  1. Only entries that are complete and fully paid and reconciled will be listed on the accepted list.

  2. All entries will remain in the pending file until they meet the first criteria.

  3. Payments are manually processed after they appear in the club bank account, so allow for a possible delay especially over week end periods.

  4. Players should check the accepted entries and pending entries on the Coffs Harbour Bridge club site.

  5. There will be date time stamp on each of these lists which will indicate when they were last uploaded.

  6. It may be necessary to click the reload button on your browser if you suspect the list is not the latest!

  7. We will also reply by email to whoever submitted the entry if the entry is considered incomplete. The status of the entry will be shown on the pending list.

  8. Make sure you read and understand the cancellation policy.

  9. The pending file will also act as the waiting list when maximum table capacity is reached (28 tables).

Will be capped at 28 tables.

Entries received after the cap has been reached will be added to the pending file as status "Waiting".
