Inclement Weather Policy
If the committee decides it is in the best interest of club members to cancel bridge then:
An email will be sent to all members. You are asked to phone your partner to confirm the cancellation. A committee member will phone members who may not have access to email.
Notification of cancellation will be placed on the Bridge Club website but if in doubt please phone a committee member.
